The SWAT TF-500 was designed to deliver odor, dust, Insect & bird control products for long, unsupervised periods of time. The Tangential Fan System’s unique ability to push the small droplet size water particles through revolving rotary head misting baskets, can drive Odor Control Products as high as 200 ft. into the air in an even and smooth manner.
The SWAT TF-500 is a completely self sufficient Mobile misting platform that enables you to deliver product precisely where you want it. Move it based on wind conditions, Traffic patterns, locations of problems spots, etc.. Topical applications or misting applications, the SWAT System can handle your bird, odor or dust problem.
The SWAT TF Series offers a unique advantage over other mobile misting platforms. First is our Tangential Fan technology, which is one of the most efficient generators of wind power available. They are commonly used in a typical hair dryer and more recently in the new Dyson fans. The advantage is the blade surface areas are significantly larger than a standard radial fan yet in a compact form. The appropriate analogy is more like comparing the efficiency of the small but numerous blades found in a jet engine, over the power of a propeller driven aircraft. This gives Tangential Fans a extremely high thrust with very little turbulence.
The second advantage is revolving misting baskets (Tornado Series Misting Basket). We go into detail about the advantages of the misting basket here but the short end of it is it allows control over droplet size and flow rate of the liquid being misted. Basket sizes can also be swapped out with the general rule being larger and finer baskets deliver a smaller finer mist (18-20 microns) while the smaller baskets produce larger droplet sizes(25-50 microns). These baskets are largely maintenance free and almost never clog.
